School Closed for Sanitization

Dear Parents,

We have decided to close the school on 23rd January (Thursday) for a proper sanitization in view of the recent HFMD outbreak. We want to apologize for the inconvenience caused and will ensure that the school is thoroughly sanitized before it reopens in February.

Due to this, we wanted to remind you about our safety and health processes and procedures if your child is unwell. Please keep your child home at the first signs of illness to help us prevent the spread to other children. In particular, if your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, mouth ulcers, red spots/blisters on hand or feet or is acutely ill. Please KEEP them at home until they have fully recovered and/or seek medical attention if needed. Do take note that children with HFMD can be contagious during the incubation period (about three to six days) before symptoms develop and may remain contagious for days or weeks after the symptoms and signs abate.
